I must admit this freestyle from Cam reminds me of the "Horse & Carriage" Cam who was signed to Biggie's label ghost writing for Charlie Baltimore, check out this freestyle and enjoy the new year
once again, Skillz does the rap up and it's pretty decent but he need to make fun of people more make that shyt more funny but here it is skillz 2009 rap up enjoy
I must admit my boy Dj Bobby D put me on to Drake, and let me say, it's been a pleasure. Drake has not failed to keep his name buzzing for the best reason of all; he's freaking nice. I mean seriously did you hear his latest leak "it's been a pleasure" well just incase you didn't here it is...
I herd the song on his latest album "Blueprint 3" and I told myself that this album would be a classic, this video lets me know that he felt the same way. Bare witness the evolution of Hip hop
this new video "Marvelous" off of the Wish You Were Here, album coming soon! was Directed by Court Dunn, and is reminiscent of the early wu-tang sound which give them a classic early 90's hip hop feel with a today look. these two artist (J the S and Speks) are clearly a more mature group of artist with a sound crafted for Hip hoppers born some time in the 70's most likely with children who are listening to Drake. This is not a deterrent because all the listeners that apply will be happy to hear that you can still find that old school sound that they remember from high school check it out and put your own comment as to how this sound affects you
Lil Wayne debuts another single from his album Rebirth this song in my opinion is pretty good including a heavy rock influence. this particular track "Drop the world" features Eminem; who received lots of criticism after returning sober and remorseful of his best friend's(proof)passing. Many including myself her tracks prior to the album and said he had lost his edge and wasn't making music like he used to. Since em's album dropped he has had several features on other peoples tracks(Drake, weezy)letting them know that he's still the best in the game regardless of who's track he's on and who's the latest hot shyt.
this is a new one from Corey Guns off o f his latest album Heir To The Throne mixtape, out now!
the video is Directed by John Colombo, & in the beginning Im feeling the video more than the lyrics but as the song progresses so does his lyrics check it out.
it seems as though alot of 50 cents adversaries are fed up and making it official is this new video by DJ Kaled Directed by Gil Green, off of the upcoming album Victory, Set to drop Febuary 2010 featuring Usher, Jeezy, Officer Ricky and the latest sensation Drake.
I have to give it to Ross he definitely made the most of this battle against 50 cent coming out on everyone's tracks with improved lyrics also Young Jeezy is at the top of his game as well. these two rappers considered the worst lyricist in the game fought to prove that they are more than just hot instrumentation and catchy hooks. Now don't get me wrong neither of them are at the top of the lyricist food chain they shouldn't be trying to battle anyone lyrically well maybe 50cent but they are certainly making rhymes worthy of being heard and repeated so big up
Now as far as Drake... c'mon he's the hottest up and comer thus far... hands down
